“I have known Chad Stoloff for many years. He has always been 100% committed to learning, growing, and serving others. He brings an insatiable curiosity for improvement to his work and is always committed to helping others succeed. Chad would bring enormous value to any team and organization that is fortunate enough to have him.”
-Dr. Brian Thompson, Springfield College Director of Strength and Conditioning, 2021 National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) College Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year

“Coach Chad Stoloff is a transformational coach. He leads by example and not only makes his athletes better tennis players, but better people. He is always on the cutting edge of teaching, coaching, and leadership and is one of the most passionate individuals I have met in my 29 years teaching and coaching at the college level.”

-Dr. Kimberly Dickman, Assistant Professor at the United States Air Force Academy, Center for Character and Leadership Development

“Chad exemplifies the curious leader. He constantly searches for more knowledge and application of that knowledge in making a difference in the lives of those he leads. He has a natural ability to connect with others and to connect others. His deep thoughts and positive outlook makes him a positive person to work with, work for, and to lead a team!”

-Charlie Sullivan, USA Volleyball Head Men’s Coach Under-19 Team, 11x National Team Champions-Springfield College, USA Volleyball All-Time Great Coach Award

“Chad is a unique coach. Unique in that there are very few people who are willing to work hard and put the lessons they learn into practice. Chad is enthusiastic to share a perspective that will make you and your team better but not as enthusiastic as you are going to be when you hear his ideas on how to be your best. There are very few people as great as Chad!”

-Woody Blevins, Assumption University, Football Defensive Coordinator

“I have used Chad as a sounding board for many years. Some would think it odd for a football coach to use a tennis coach to help him and his coaching staff grow. But, Chad’s wealth of knowledge on the subject of personal growth and motivation is unparalleled. The best part about the advice and lessons Chad teaches is that they are immediately applicable. My coaching staff constantly quote him in their meetings with players and during our meetings as a defensive staff. I will continue to use him as a resource as long as I am coaching.”
-David Mullins, COO at Intercollegiate Tennis Association

“Chad’s curiosity and commitment to learning is contagious. He is a wonderful role model for student-athletes and a tremendous addition to any athletic department or organization focused on peak performance. He will challenge those around him to be better while constantly looking for feedback as to how he can improve upon his own strengths and weaknesses.”
-Liz (Hanson) Masen, CEO at Athlete Assessments

“Chad is a thinker and a doer. He has a wonderful, and rare, combination of these two important attributes. Most importantly, Chad is a quality person who is deeply passionate about performance, making a contribution and continuing to grow. A simple and powerful comment he made to me once was that he doesn’t ask ‘Can I make this happen?’, instead he asks ‘How can I make this happen?’ This is a perfect example of a small change with a huge impact, much like the work he does, making small important changes to get the result better and bigger than before. And, he is one of the best-read people I know too, always searching for ideas and lessons to improve.”
-Sascha Heinemann, Sustainable High Performance Coach

“Chad is the embodiment of a growth mindset-always learning, always improving. He’s a deeply inspirational and encouraging human being. His years of experience and learning are highly valuable to anyone looking to get to the next level in their development journey-personally and professionally. I highly recommend Chad, and I never do that lightly.”
