The quality of your life depends on the questions you ask yourself. You may not even be aware of the questions you ask yourself on a daily basis. However, your brain will find a way to answer the question even if the question and answer are not rooted in reality. For example, you might ask yourself, “why am I so stupid?” after making a mistake you normally don’t make. Your brain will then search for an answer regardless of the truth of the question. By asking yourself this question, you will receive an answer that legitimizes your stupidity. In other words, even though you are not stupid, you will feel stupid because by asking the question your brain will find an answer to it. This is the way your brain works. The way to improve your quality of life from health, happiness, to success, to any area you can think of, you need to ask yourself questions that will empower you rather than limit you.
